Who you buy from
Dropula is run by Mindysm OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia, registry code Draft note: [PLACEHOLDER: Mindysm OÜ registry code], registered address Draft note: [PLACEHOLDER: registered address, Tallinn, Estonia], VAT number Draft note: [PLACEHOLDER: VAT number (KMKR), if registered]. Email hello@dropula.com, phone Draft note: [PLACEHOLDER: contact phone]. These terms apply when you buy as a consumer for your own use.
Drops and holds
- Each drop has a limited number of units and closes at a set time or when it sells out, whichever comes first. Sold-out pieces are not restocked.
- Choosing a size and tapping “Cop it” holds one unit for you for 30 minutes. If you don't pay in that time, or you release it, the unit goes back to the drop.
- A hold is not an order. Until you pay, someone else can buy the last unit once your hold ends.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. You pay the full amount at checkout by card or wallet; we only start making your piece once the payment has gone through.
Your contract with us
The contract is formed when your payment succeeds and we show you the order confirmation. We also email the confirmation, with links to these terms and the returns policy. The contract and all communication are in English. If we can't make or ship your order after all, we cancel it and refund everything you paid within 14 days.

Draft note: [LUIS TO CONFIRM: real production and transit times. Shop copy says “Printed the night you buy it. Ships in 3 to 5 days.”; the shipped email says “3 to 5 days to your door”. Align them with this page.] We deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest, unless we agree otherwise with you.
- The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you name (not the carrier), receive the parcel. If it arrives damaged or never arrives, tell us and we replace or refund it (see Returns).
Returns and withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. How it works, who pays for the return and the model withdrawal form are on the Returns page.
Faulty goods
You have the legal guarantee: we are liable for a defect or lack of conformity that shows up within 2 years of delivery. You can ask for a repair or replacement, or, where the law allows, a price reduction or a refund. See Returns for how to report it. This doesn't limit any other rights you have by law.
Complaints and disputes
Email hello@dropula.com with your order number. We reply within 15 days Draft note: [LUIS/LAWYER TO CONFIRM: reply deadline]. If we can't agree, you can apply free of charge to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA), ttja.ee. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help with a cross-border complaint. You can also go to court.
Governing law
Estonian law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
